November 14, 2019

The Arizona Bobcats of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) are pleased to announce that 18U goaltender Caleb Wall has signed an North American Hockey League (NAHL) tender agreement with the St. Cloud Blizzard of the NAHL’s Central Division.
Wall, 17, is the first player from the Arizona Bobcats this season who has signed an NAHL tender. He made his NAHL debut on October 26th in a home game in St. Cloud against the Bismarck Bobcats.
The 6’3/205 lbs. native of Chandler, Arizona, is in his third season of playing in the NAPHL for the Bobcats organization. In his first season with the 18U team, Wall has appeared in five games and posted a 2.69 goals against average and a .935 save percentage.
Wall played the 2018-19 season for the Bobcats 16U team in the NAPHL, where he posted a 2-5-1 record in eight games played to go along with a 2.98 goals against average and .904 save percentage.
He also played a full season in the NAPHL during the 2017-18 season with the Bobcats 15U team.
A tender is a contract, of sorts, a player signs announcing his intentions to play for that particular NAHL team and that NAHL team only. Once a player signs a tender with an NAHL team, his playing rights belong to that team within the NAHL and he may not be recruited by any other NAHL team. Each team is granted ten (10) tenders, which include two (2) tenders exclusively used on players from the NAPHL - plus or minus any trades - which became active on Nov. 1. Tendered players are not eligible for the NAHL draft, which will be held on June 2, 2020.
