One Week Away: The T1ER/T1EHL 18U Invitational Returns to Blaine for a Premier Showcase of Talent
Following a one-of-a-kind opening weekend during the NAHL Showcase in Blaine and an impressive NAHL Experience weekend in Janesville, T1ER competition is set to keep the momentum going with more high-level play ahead.
Next up, the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) returns to Blaine, Minnesota, for the third T1ER event of the season, the T1ER/T1EHL 18U Invitational, taking place October 31–November 3.
The weekend will feature competition across all levels, including 15U and 16U T1ER play (Oct. 31–Nov. 2). The 18U T1ER/T1EHL Invitational will run Nov. 1–3, with select programs beginning play on Oct. 31.
This event brings together 38 of the nation’s top 18U programs from both the T1ER League and the Tier 1 Elite Hockey League (T1EHL) for a premier showcase of talent. Building on the success of last season’s inaugural 18U Invitational, the T1ER League continues to highlight USA Hockey–sanctioned Tier I National Bound programs from across the country.
“This event is a tremendous opportunity for our players to gain direct exposure to NAHL coaches and scouts as we approach the start of the NAHL tender signing period for the 2026–27 season on November 1,” said Dennis Vickers, Director of Player Personnel for the NAHL and Director of the NAPHL. “It’s the kind of environment that mirrors the daily competition and visibility these players will experience at the NAHL level.”
