T1ER Alumnus Jeremy Jacobs Excels in the NAHL

The North American T1ER Hockey League (NAT1HL) prides itself on being a premiere opportunity for development and exposure for young athletes. A record-breaking number of T1ER players have advanced to the North American Hockey League (NAHL) in recent seasons.

Jeremy Jacobs is a prime example of the Ladder of Development under the North American Hockey League umbrella. Jacobs began his T1ER career with the Philadelphia Little Flyers during the 2022-23 season. He remained on their 18U team throughout the 2023-24 season. 

He boasted 36 points in the form of 15 goals and 21 assists during his 31 games played in his T1ER career. He was named to the All-T1ER 18U 1st Team in 2024. 

He got a taste of the League of Opportunity for the first time in the 2023-24 season when he appeared in five games for the Odessa Jackalopes throughout the season, scoring his first NAHL goal. He tendered to the Jackalopes in late 2024. 

In the 2024-25 season he joined the Odessa Jackalopes in the NAHL, where he immediately made an impact. During his first season he recorded 39 points in 58 games. His improvement in the league was evident as his 2025-26 stats soared.

During the 2025-26 season he recorded 61 points during 59 games, consisting of 16 goals and 45 assists, leading his team in assists for the season and tying for first overall on his team in overall points. Jacobs laced up for every contest during the regular season. 

Thanks to his work on the ice, Jacobs was named as a Top Prospect for the 2026 Top Prospects Tournament. He played on the South Division team and competed against some of the best uncommitted talent that the NAHL had to offer.

Jacobs was named an assistant captain in his age-out season for the Jackalopes. During his league career he recorded over 100 points and had over one point per game during the 2025-26 season. 

His career advancement throughout the NAHL umbrella of leagues is a reflection of the development opportunities offered in the league.
